Receipt of Order

Inspect your order upon receipt of merchandise. If there is a discrepancy, please call within 48 hours. No claims will be accepted after this time. Double-check your order carefully, as smaller items are sometimes packed inside larger items.

Damaged Items

All merchandise leaving our store is inspected and in good condition. If you receive a damaged package, report the damage to the carrier immediately – preferably before they leave your location. You must file a damage claim with the carrier, who will pick up the damaged package from your location. It is the carrier’s responsibility to get the merchandise to you with no damage.

If UPS-damaged, keep the merchandise in the original package for UPS inspection. After contacting UPS, call us and we will file the paperwork for payment. If truck freight-damaged, accept the shipment and notify the trucking company.

If the above procedures are followed, we will ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. If not, the loss will be at your experience.

Cores

All cores must be returned within 6 months form the date the product was purchased. No cores will be accepted after 6 months without prior approval and may be subject to a 50% deduction.

Merchandise Returns

Permission must be obtained before any merchandise can be returned for any reason. Contact your salesperson to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This RGA number and a copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package in order for credit to be issued. Credit will be issued based on inspection of the condition of the returned merchandise.

The customer assumes liability fir freight when returning merchandise ordered in error. Returned merchandise must be shipped with all transportation charges prepaid. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will be refused. We will issue call tags for defective merchandise or merchandise sent in error.

Restocking Fees

The customer has 15 days from the day of receipt to return merchandise for a complete refund or credit. After this time, a restocking fee is applied;

  • After 15 days 10% restocking fee
  • After 30 days 15% restocking fee
  • After 60 days 50% restocking fee
  • No returns after 90 day

The minimum restocking charge may be revised at our discretion, based on final inspection of the return and the circumstances involved.
